Amaranth wood, also known as "Purple Heart" is one of the most unique woods in relation to its unique color. The wood color is very stylish and elegant and is purplish in color. A great cane to any cane user or collector that wants a cane that is very stylish and unique. 

Purple Heart is an exotic and imported hardwood that is strong, resilient, and has a uniform fine-to-medium texture. The grain is usually straight, but can be irregular. The wood is purple which darkens in time through oxidation.  The photo shown is representative of this beautiful wood, but as with all natural woods, there are NO two alike.  Some of the wood is lighter or darker.  Found in Central and South America, this exotic wood is a worldwide favorite.
